Raw Gaia’s Massage Oil for Aching Muscles is made with 100% organic:

Cold-pressed apricot kernel oil - Great for nourishing the skin due to its high content of A, B & E vitamins.

Ginger essential oil - Its analgesic properties help to reduce muscular stiffness and spam and relieve rheumatic and arthritic pain. Deliciously warming and reviving. It can also help with nervous tension.

Bergamot essential oil - It has really good uplifting qualities and works wonderfully as an antispasmodic.

Black pepper - By dilating local blood vessels, it helps to relieve muscular aches, pains and stiffness. Good for using before and after excessive exertion and sports. It also helps to give tone to skeletal muscles.

Suitable for all types of skin, except for sensitive skins.

Directions: Pour into the palms of your hands and rub them together. Massage straight onto the skin, using your palms and fingers to distribute the oil all over the body. Give your muscles a nice squeeze!
