Raw Gaia Aromatheraphy Massage Oil for Relaxation

A soothing massage oil to help you unwind and relax. Made with ylang ylang, lavender and peppermint, which work together to clear the mind, relieve anxiety, lower blood pressure and help with insomnia.

All Raw Gaia's massage oils have been expertly formulated and are suitable for every day use as well as for aromatherapy treatments (ie., the essentials oils are in the correct proportions and tones). They are made with organic, cold-pressed and therapeutic-grade ingredients of the highest quality.

Cold-pressed apricot kernel oil - Great for nourishing the skin because of its high content of A, B & E vitamins.

Ylang ylang essential oil: Excellent for relaxing the nervous system, resulting in a feeling of joy. Helps to reduce feelings of anger, anxiety, shock, panic and fear.

Lavender essential oil: It has a balancing effect on the central nervous system and can help relieve depression, anger and exhaustion. Cleanses and soothes the spirit.

Peppermint essential oil: Excellent for mental fatigue and depression.

Suitable for all types of skin, though the ylang ylang essential oil may cause irritation to sensitive skins. If you have sensitive skin, please consult your doctor before using this massage oil.

Directions: Pour into the palms of your hands and rub them together. Massage straight onto the skin, using your palms and fingers to distribute the oil all over the body. Let go and breathe deeply!
