Calm for Kids was set up by Christiane Kerr in 1999 and has been runnng children’s relaxation, yoga and meditation courses ever since. After several years as a Montessori teacher, Christiane was conscious of the rising level of children’s stress.

She started using relaxation exercises and short visualisations during the school day and the results were impressive, even in very young kids. The children became much calmer and more focused. After repeated requests from parents and teachers, she produced the Calm For Kids relaxation CDs.
