Calm For Kids Rays of Calm

This CD created for teenagers has been tried and tested on Christiane's teenage students before going into production. Aimed at helping promote a sense of calm and wellbeing to help teenagers deal with stress.

Christiane Kerr's CD's provide a wonderful way to introduce children at an early age to the art of relaxation.
